COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our company, RGCX Trading Corporation was formed in 2010
and up until Jan 2012 its services were limited to corporate
clients and businesses in providing them with direct market access
(DMA) and sales trader assisted dealings in currencies and
featuring an exchange platform*. Through the years of
close end user services, we were able to fulfill many customized
trading solutions and meet the needs of various fund managers.
By the merging of several companies and foundations aiming
to create more advantageous and productive business opportunities
by joining efforts, experience and the existing resources.

CEO MR. CHARLES WEBB
Mr. Charls Webb obtained his Master’s Degree coursework
in International Economics and BSc in Business Administration
and Economics, from the San Jose State University, USA.
He proceeded to join the Offshore Financial Services Industry
in 1999, being responsible for the entire management
and control of 5 International Private Trusts
and associated Panamanian Private Interest Foundations.

proceeded to establish and benefit from 5 Panamanian
Private Interest Foundations. , which are still in operation as of today.

Toms Jefferson holds a BSc in Business Mathematics
and Statistics from the London School of Economics.

Corporate Finance Consultant. He participated in several Initial

to work as a Forex Trader in the successful
private Investment company, heading up the proprietary
